Kevin Ogle is the transformation leader for Progress Rail’s digital procurement, AP and sourcing initiative. Launched in May 2021, the program will eventually unify Progress Rail’s procurement and sourcing operations across 200 locations in 16 countries. Progress Rail’s CEO, who has been with the company for 35 years, commented that, “’This is the best project rollout I’ve ever seen.”’ The program also earned a “Sharable Best Practice” recognition for change management in an audit by parent company Caterpillar.
